I hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but if you wish to return an item the purchase price only will be refunded. This excludes Custom Made commissions which has a final proof stage before art is completed and shipped. Items must be received in original shipped condition within 14 days for refund. You the buyer are responsible for shipping cost back to me and proof of postage is advisable, unfortunately I can't refund a returned item that gets lost in the post. For items damaged in transit, please supply photographs as proof, and I will contact to arrange for the items return.

Artworks are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked and Parceforce within the UK. Rest of the world: Royal Mail International Tracked and Parcelforce Worldwide.

All Art works are packaged with due care. Acid-Free Archival Paper will be placed ontop of the art to protect the paint, which will be bubblewrapped and placed between two sheets of foam board to ensure it is protected for transit. The packaged art work will then be placed in a cardboard box and shipped with a tracker reference.
